Return Policy


Unlimiteddealz is dedicated to offering you the best quality in our products and service but despite our best efforts, we know mistakes happen. We make a commitment to be here to provide solution to those problems.

Every request shall be evaluated on a case by case basis, and shall be decided upon, with or without precedent, solely as deemed appropriate by Unlimiteddealz.com.

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 7 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives; merchandise without a RETURN FORM/RETURN NUMBER will not be accepted, and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

Please be sure that all returns from a given order may be done at only one time. Only one Return Form/Return Number will EVER be sent OR accepted for any one order, so please ensure that all returns from that order are reported at once. Any additional Return Forms/Return Numbers received from a single order shall not be accepted for consideration and may constitute fraud.

If any packages are returned back to Unlimiteddealz.com due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers are subject to pay a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by us to send the shipment. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment.

Here are some helpful guidelines on Returns

1. Always email us first if you have a problem.

2. Always be sure to report your problem within 7 days of receiving the item in question except for sweets and perishable items which is 24 hours of receipt of product.  

3. Never send a returned item without a duly filled Return Form or without the issued Returns Number for the order.   

4. Always report any and all problems associated with a single order at the same time.  

5 .Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects.
6. Any costs above the original shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. The costs for returned shipping shall be provided in most cases, if and as deemed appropriate by Unlimiteddealz.com
