Information Collection and Use

1.      Unlimiteddealz collects personal information when you register with Unlimiteddealz, when you use our products andservices, when you enter our promotions and sweepstakes programs.

2.      When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with Unlimiteddealz and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

3.      Unlimiteddealz collects information about your transactions with us.

4.      Unlimiteddealz automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Unlimiteddealz cookie information, and the page you request.

5.      Unlimiteddealz uses information for the following general purposes: (i) to customize the advertising and content you see; (ii) fulfill your requests for services; (iii) improve our services; (iv) contact you; (v) conduct research; and (vi) provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

6.      As a seller you have access to contact and shipping information of the buyer and as a buyer you have access to the contact information of the seller.

7.      Unlimiteddealz and our users do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a Unlimiteddealz user, even a user who has purchased an item from you, to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent.

8.      Minors.  No person under the age of 18 is allowed to post, buy or sell on Unlimiteddealz.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

  9.      Unlimiteddealz does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

10.   Unlimiteddealz displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.

11.   Unlimiteddealz does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

12.   Unlimiteddealz advertisers include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies).

12.1.         Unlimiteddealz works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business. For more information regarding providers of products or services that you've requested please read our [link to references].

12.2.         Unlimiteddealz uses an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. In addition, Unlimiteddealz uses other third parties to provide referrals, or addition of members on our site. When you sign up for Unlimiteddealz through an affiliate member we will share with them your account status for the first 30 days. Your account status would be referred to them as either active or non-active, for the purposes of compensation, as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Your information is given to Unlimiteddealz upon account enrollment, and through contract, the only information we are permitted to give back is account status for that period of 30 days.

Cookies  

13.   Log Files. As is true of most Web sites, Unlimiteddealz gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. Unlimiteddealz uses this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users� movements around the site and to gather demographic information about Unlimiteddealz�s user base as a whole. Unlimiteddealz does not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information to generate marketing information.

14.   Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user�s computer for record keeping purposes. Unlimiteddealz uses cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. We use session ID cookies. (We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site.) A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site such as contests or surveys, will be limited.

15.   Unlimiteddealz lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Unlimiteddealz's cookies.

16.   You may refuse to accept Unlimiteddealz cookies while visiting the Site; however you should be aware that not all of the features provided on Unlimiteddealz will be fully functional without your acceptance of the Unlimiteddealz session-id cookie. As a general policy, you hold Unlimiteddealz harmless for any software problems, issues or damages related to the use of Unlimiteddealz cookies.   

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences   

17.   General

17.1.         You can edit your account information at any time.

17.2.         New categories of marketing communications may be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

17.3.         We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Unlimiteddealz service, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your Unlimiteddealz account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. We reserve the right to send certain communications.

Confidentiality and Security

18.   We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

19.   We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Control of Your Password  

20.   You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including fees charged to your account. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Unlimiteddealz password to any third parties. If you choose to share your User ID and password or your personal information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your account and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.  

Changes to this Privacy Policy  

21.   Unlimiteddealz may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Unlimiteddealz account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

23.   We are bound by and comply with the National Privacy Principles, as provided in the Federal Privacy Act 1988.

24.   In some cases, we may refuse to give you access to personal information we hold about you. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where giving you access would: be unlawful (e.g., where a record which contains personal information about you is subject to a claim for legal professional privilege by one of our clients); have an unreasonable impact on other people's privacy; prejudice an investigation of unlawful activity.

25.   We will also refuse access where the personal information relates to existing or anticipated legal proceedings and the information would not be accessible by the process of discovery in those proceedings. If we refuse to give you access we will provide you with reasons for our refusal.

26.   If you request us to do so we will amend any personal information about you held by us which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. If we disagree with your view about the accuracy, completeness or currency of a record of your personal information held by us, and you ask us to associate with that record a statement that you have a contrary view; we will take reasonable steps to do so.

27.   Once your transaction is finalised, both the electronic and hard-copy information is securely archived. After a period of 7 years both the electronic and hard-copy information is destroyed.
